CleanRoom Panels
- Cleanroom panels are constructed out of PCGI and stainless steel with a high surface finish to prevent retention of contaminants and shedding/ flaking of particles from construction material.
- Panels are also airtight in construction and assembly to prevent the formation of leaks and cracks where unfiltered air can contaminate containment rooms.
- These cleanroom panels are thin and lightweight in construction, have excellent insulative properties and are smooth and easy to clean.
- These cleanroom panels can easily achieve Class 1000 & better (ISO 6 & better). Insulation of the cleanroom panels are constructed out of polyurethane PUF insulation with silicone sealants.
